Giving

Giving is an essential part of our worship: the way we use our money reflects our priorities. Jesus says that wherever our treasure is, there our heart will be also. (Matt. 6:21)

Bognor Vineyard is a charity and the ministries of the church rely on donations from a growing number of generous people who believe in the vision of the church and want to see it fulfilled.

The Bible encourages us to give into God's House and teaches us that the first tenth of our income actually belongs to God. We encourage people to use this as a starting point for our regular giving as well as one-off gifts for specific purposes. We believe in a generous God and He calls us to be generous too.

If you are a UK taxpayer then we can also claim gift-aid on any donation you make which will increase the value of your giving for us. More details below.

Cash and Cheque during our Sunday Gatherings

During our Sunday gatherings there is the opportunity to give cash and cheques in the baskets provided. You can also gift-aid these donations by completing the Gift Aid Mandate form.

Gift Aid

If you are a UK Taxpayer you can add to your donation by completing a Gift Aid Declaration form (attached below) or pick up a copy on any Sunday Gathering. This enables Bognor Vineyard to claim back the tax that you have paid on your donation from HMRC (Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs).  This equates to 25 pence in every pound that you donate!  There is no cost to you.
